Jeff Baltes
At the Annual Meeting on January 29, 2010, Jeff was elected to a two-year term on the Board of Directors.
Jeff has spent 38 years working in education, including 16 years as a Superintendent of Schools. He serves as the primary facilitator of the Center’s Men’s Discussion Group, has been a volunteer at the Come Out & Find Out conference, and is part of the Safe Schools Roundtable. He has considerable familiarity with grant administration and writing. He has a particularly strong interest in educational initiatives that will help LGBTQ youth, and also sees his roots in the Capital District as an opportunity for the Center to build bridges in the greater Hudson Valley.
