Arms Acres is a 183 bed licensed facility, providing inpatient treatment for those suffering from addiction to alcohol or drugs. They are situated on a tranquil 54-acre site in Putnam County, New York (90 miles north of New York City).
HVCS offers an expansive range of healthcare coordination, support services and health education programs to help clients access and stay connected to all the services and information they need to fulfill their potential. All services are offered at no charge. We specialize in assisting people living with chronic illnesses (including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, and hepatitis), people with active mental health diagnoses, and people who use drugs.
The MHA sponsors a variety of educational, advocacy and service programs, including mental health education, rehabilitation, residential services, family and youth support services, and therapeutic foster care.
Out for Health was founded in 2009 by Planned Parenthood of the Southern Lakes. The LGBT Health and Wellness Program grew quickly, and under the new Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, we continue to provide outreach, education, support, and advocacy about the importance of LGBT inclusivity in care and education.
