On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff of the Hudson Valley LGBTQ+ Community Center (the Center), I am announcing that Executive Director Peter Criswell will leave his leadership role at the Center, effective March 17, 2023.

Although the Center will be closed from Dec 23rd through Jan 2nd so that our staff can refresh and recharge, we want to make sure to provide local and national emergency resource info to anyone who needs it.
The AIDS Memorial Quilt Returns to the Center

Lavender and queerness have a long history together. While the connection has been used against us at times, lavender has evolved into a symbol of strength, protest, and empowerment for the LGBTQ+ Community.
The Center is Open – not just during “Open Doors”

HV Dance Festival Sneak Peak at the Center

The event will showcase excerpts from pieces by Jose Limon and Skyla Schreter, featuring A-Y/Dancers and more. There will be a panel discussion to follow and champagne toast. The event is free.
