Group Counseling

Our Code of Conduct applies to all staff, group facilitators, volunteers, and participants at our on-site, off-site, and virtual programs, events, and counseling sessions. To learn more, click here.

All group facilitators attend mandatory orientation sessions, such as LGBTQ+ Inclusivity and Anti-Bias/Diversity Equity and Inclusion Training.

Trans-Formations

Counselor facilitated support and discussion group for adults (18+) who are considering or at any stage of gender transition.
First and third Mondays from 5:30pm – 7:00pm; Join In-Person or on Zoom
All other Mondays on Zoom.

Transforming Parents

A counselor facilitated psychoeducational support and discussion group for parents of transgender, gender non-conforming and non-binary youth and adult children.

This group is a safe and supportive space to learn about transgender experience and process your feelings around your child’s gender identity, transition, affirmation process.

Meetings weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00PM on ZOOM

Grief Support Group 

In partnership with Hudson Valley Hospice, this 8-session group is designed to help participants move through the grieving process that occurs as a result of the death of a loved one.

Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 5:00P – 6:30 PM via ZOOM.

Queer Sex & Sexuality

A place for queer folks to discuss and share about sexuality, relationships, intimacy, pleasure, power, kink, love and autonomy in a queer LGBTQ+ context. Sex positive and poly, kink, BDSM-friendly, with a trauma-informed approach. Affirming and welcoming to all. Asexual and aromantic folks welcomed.
