Director of the Well-Being Institute

Responsible for the day-to-day administrative, supervisory and clinical management of the Institute, which serves the LGBTQ+ community in the Hudson Valley. This includes providing direct individual and group counseling and developing health and wellness programming. An LCSW is preferred. Individuals with an LMSW and related experience will be considered. While the position is conceived as full-time, applications from individuals interested in this as a part-time position are welcome to apply and should indicate this in their cover letter.

Salary range $70,000 to $75,000 for a full-time position. Benefits described below.


About these positions and benefits

Positions are in-person, with the possibility of limited remote work based on the position, responsibilities and tasks performed.

The Community Center offers health insurance (for employees working 30 or more hours per week), life insurance, vacation and sick time, as well as paid parking in any one of the three municipal lots in uptown Kingston. Group dental and vision coverage is also available at employee cost.
