Men’s Group
Our Code of Conduct applies to all staff, group facilitators, volunteers, and participants at our on-site, off-site, and virtual programs, events, and counseling sessions. To learn more, click here.
All group facilitators attend mandatory orientation sessions, such as LGBTQ+ Inclusivity and Anti-Bias/Diversity Equity and Inclusion Training.
Mankind—the Men’s Group
300 Wall Street, Kingston; 2nd – Floor Conference Room
Calling all Men, ages 18-80 (including non-binary and trans men, of course)! Share your unique life-embracing insights with thoughtful, like-minded men in a supportive and uplifting group discussion.
Topics will include idealism/fantasy; defining masculinity; tribal identification; relationships, poly, mono, open; self-ideation; spiritualism; the masculine-feminine spectrum; self-care; investigating first “crushes”; health issues and privacy; the gay male sex plethora; relinquishing ego/harnessing jealousy; the human animal; and other topics that you bring to the group.

Group Facilitator
Michael Erp (he/him) has lived in the Catskills over 30 years, and has been married to his husband Kyle for nine years. A former administrator and professor at Marist College, he is now semi-retired, but enjoys running an Airbnb with his husband and working as a server for local catering events.
