Hello, I'm a licensed clinical social worker. I work with adults and also lead therapy groups. My areas of expertise include exploration of coming out, transitions, gender, sexuality, sex, race and culture. I also support folks dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, creative blocks.
My work is often informed by psychodynamic, attachment and relational perspectives. I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, where you can better understand yourself and create more positive experiences in your life.
