Regina recently received her New York LMHC license, but has been working with LGBTQ clients for years in Columbus, Ohio. She does workshops locally and nationally on making changes, co-dependency and body image and weight loss support. Before moving to New york she taught self-defense classes for the Buckeye Region Anti-Violence Organization in Columbus, Ohio, published a book, "We're Here! We're Queer! Get Used to Us! Survival Strategies for a Hostile World" and has helped clients get out of relationships impacted by same-sex intimate abuse.
