"On a daily basis, we advocate on behalf of people with disabilities while also acting as consultants regarding disability issues. As such, we are poised to identify the needs of the individuals and families we serve, to discover gaps in services, as well as any disparities and barriers in accessing appropriate services. We are sought out by individuals with disabilities, their families, and area agencies to assist in navigating the difficulties they face within our community."
