Vinyasa yoga is a flowing practice with a focus on synchronizing the breath and continuous flow of movement within the body. This class will help cultivate being in the present moment and focus on physical and mental well-being. These classes will feature several elements of traditional yoga—sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances & backbends, with focus on gaze point guided by a steady breath. Our goal together will be to bring about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. In an effort to protect the safety of our community, we are asking those interested in participating to register before the group.
